Why Grass-fed, Grass-finished Beef?
Our cows are raised exclusively on green pastures in West Virginia. No chemicals are sprayed on the fields and no antibiotics or hormones given to the cows, making this meat a superior health product. The cows have a stress-free and happy life, never confined or shipped long distances. Grass-fed beef has a superior omega 3 to omega 6 ratio, higher CLA, higher antioxidants and more vitamins A, B and E.
