Butcher: We partner with USDA Certified Greenbrier Meat Company of Lewisburg, WV. A family-run business, their commitment to excellence aligns with our standards, and they are happy to accommodate custom instructions. Alternatively, for Whole-Cow shares, you can use your butcher of choice.

Custom Cuts: Cuts include t-bone, porterhouse, rib-eye, sirloin, roasts, short-ribs, ground beef, cube steak, organ meat, soup bones, fat for tallow, etc.

Why Grass-fed, Grass-finished Beef? Our cows are raised exclusively on green pastures in West Virginia. No chemicals are sprayed on the fields and no antibiotics or hormones given to the cows, making this meat a superior health product. The cows have a stress-free and happy life, never confined or shipped long distances. Grass-fed beef has a superior omega 3 to omega 6 ratio, higher CLA, higher antioxidants and more vitamins A, B and E.
