This organic Bali Blue Moon is a classic Indonesian coffee with a rich, comforting profile. Expect deep chocolate, molasses-like sweetness, and a dense, syrupy body with very low acidity. The wet-hulled process gives this coffee its signature weight and smoothness, making it forgiving and satisfying in espresso, moka pot, and French press.

Roasted to highlight chocolate depth and sweetness without harshness, this Bali shines on its own and also works beautifully as a blending component when extra body and richness are desired.
