This anaerobic natural from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia was roasted to spotlight its tropical fruit character. Expect notes of watermelon, kiwi, and green apple with a gentle floral lift, carried by a smooth, juicy texture and a sweet, candy-like finish. The acidity is present but rounded, more ripe and balanced than sharp, so the fruit reads as layered and expressive rather than edgy.

Roasted as a single, dual-use profile for both French press and moka pot, the goal was to bring forward fruit sweetness without drifting into caramel-heavy or roasty tones. In the French press, it comes across juicy and vibrant with a clean, lingering finish. In the moka pot, it stays fruit-led and sweet with enough structure to feel satisfying without turning biting or heavy.
